How It Works

Our consultation process ensures patient safety and regulatory compliance at every step.

Before any peptide therapy can be considered, patients must undergo a comprehensive medical consultation with one of our GMC-registered doctors. This ensures patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Your Consultation Journey

Our structured process ensures that all patients receive comprehensive assessment before any treatment decisions are made.

1

Initial Enquiry

You contact our clinic to express interest in learning more about our services. Our patient coordinator will provide general information and book your consultation. This initial contact is for information purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

2

Medical History Review

Prior to your appointment, you will be asked to complete a detailed medical history questionnaire. This helps our doctors prepare for your consultation and ensures we have a comprehensive understanding of your health background.

3

Face-to-Face Consultation

You will meet with a GMC-registered doctor who will conduct a thorough assessment. This includes discussion of your medical history, current health status, goals, and any relevant diagnostic tests or biomarkers. This consultation is mandatory and cannot be conducted remotely for new patients.

4

Clinical Assessment

Based on your individual circumstances, our doctor will determine whether any peptide therapy may be appropriate for your specific clinical needs. This assessment considers your medical history, current health status, potential benefits and risks, and whether alternative treatments may be more suitable.

5

Informed Consent

If treatment is recommended, you will receive detailed information about the proposed therapy, including the unlicensed status of any peptide compounds, potential benefits, risks, side effects, and alternatives. You will have the opportunity to ask questions before providing written informed consent.

6

Ongoing Monitoring

Patients receiving peptide therapy will be monitored regularly to assess response and safety. Follow-up consultations are an essential part of our care protocols. We maintain clear protocols for managing any adverse events.

GMC Compliance

In accordance with GMC guidance on prescribing unlicensed medicines, our doctors will:

  • Be satisfied that an alternative, licensed medicine would not meet your needs
  • Be satisfied that there is a sufficient evidence base and/or experience of using the medicine to demonstrate its safety and efficacy
  • Explain to you that the medicine is unlicensed, and the reasons for proposing this treatment
  • Take responsibility for prescribing the medicine and for overseeing your care

Important Information

Booking a consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be prescribed. Treatment decisions are made by our doctors following comprehensive assessment and are based solely on clinical appropriateness.

We cannot guarantee outcomes from any treatment. Individual responses vary, and the evidence base for some peptides remains under development. We encourage patients to maintain realistic expectations.

We do not prescribe peptides remotely to new patients without prior in-person assessment. A face-to-face medical consultation is mandatory before any peptide therapy can be prescribed.
